“Several electrical contractors were asked to provide estimates for repairing outdoor electrical outlets and landscape lighting at our subdivision entrance.  We were told repairs would be virtually impossible, given that the electrical wires were buried underground, in some cases under a concrete street.  Lynn was able to complete the repairs in two short visits at a very reasonable price."
